Important Update for Our EU Customers

From 1 July 2026, the European Union has introduced new customs rules for goods imported from outside the EU. The previous duty-free threshold for low-value consignments has been removed and replaced with new customs procedures and charges for eligible imports. These changes require businesses shipping into the EU to follow updated customs and declaration requirements.

To ensure we comply fully with these new regulations and avoid unexpected customs issues or delays for our customers, we have made the temporary decision to pause all orders to EU countries while we implement the correct shipping and customs procedures.
