Important Update for Our EU Customers

From 1 July 2026, the European Union has introduced new customs rules for goods imported from outside the EU. The previous duty-free threshold for low-value consignments has been removed and replaced with new customs procedures and charges for eligible imports. These changes require businesses shipping into the EU to follow updated customs and declaration requirements. A €3 duty is now due on all orders under €150 for non-business customers. Business customers in the EU should ensure they supply us with their EORI number in the order notes (on the cart page).

To comply with these changes and prevent delays in customs we are now collecting taxes and duties for all EU orders - this should ensure deliveries arrive more quickly.

United States Orders

  Due to updated customs compliance rules, we are currently able to ship only smaller items up to 2Kg by actual or dimensional weight to the U.S.
